Free Consultation

 Our work begins with a free initial consultation. We work with you directly to determine your exact requirements, desires and web elements. This is done by analyzing your company, the services you wish to provide, your target audience and your overall goal. We ask that you provide us with examples of webpages you really admire as well as your competitor's websites. You can also take a look at our templates here. These templates are often the best way to go. They keep costs low and still provide a very profesional looking web site. After editing they become your entirely unique web site.

The Agreement

 After you become confident that all your requirements will be fulfilled, we will offer you a proposal. It is very important that if you do not understand any part of the proposal that you please ask for clarification. Once we have a mutual agreement we ask for fifty percent to begin work on the project, for purchase of webhosting (which is refundable) and the template to be edited (which is not).

Design Development Begins

 You submit your contents which we use in developing your site. This includes colors you prefer, contents such as text and photos, as well as any semi finished template you have chosen. Within a few days we create our first draft which will be visually pleasing and user friendly and submit it to you for review which is hosted on our own servers.

Pre-Launch Development and Finialization

 At this point you work very closely with us to determine if the site meets your every expectation. You will be able to inform us of any changes you would like. We will then resubmit the website to you until you are completely satisfied.

The site goes Live on the Web

 After your approval and final payment, we setup your website on your domain. If you need help picking a provider we can recomend one that will best suite your needs, from a list located here. We will also provide you with all the "raw" files for updating. You can also setup a reguler review and maintance schedual with us.

 

Hosting and Domain Registration

If you need hosting we provide hosting on our high speed dedicated servers for low monthly fees, or we can help you pick out a reviewed hosting company. We provide Domain Registration for as low as $10 a domain.
